摘要
主要讨论了纺丝车间空调机组在高湿热状态下的节能降耗。研究结果表明:根据外界气温变化调节风阀选择合适的混合风比例,当外界气温高、湿度大时,对新风喷淋除湿再进行混合风,对送风管线进行保温减少环境升温等处理,可大幅减少制冷机的运行负荷,减少电能消耗,达到节能降耗的目的。
The energy saving and consumption reduction of air-condition units in spinning workshop under the condition of high humidity and heat is discussed.The results show that by selecting the appropriate pro⁃portion of mixed air according to the air temperature,spraying the fresh air to dehumidify and then mixing the air when the outside temperature and humid are high,insulating the air supply pipeline to reduce envi⁃ronmental warming,the operating load of the refrigerator can be greatly reduced,and the electric energy consumption can be reduced to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
