摘要
基于中国30个省份面板数据构建空间杜宾模型,研究技术创新系统发展的关键因素。结果表明:莫兰指数为正且不断上升,“高—高”和“低—低”类型发挥着主导作用。经济增长和结构调整对本省份技术创新有显著的驱动作用,而空间溢出效果不明显;研发投入的空间溢出效果则显著为正值;公有制经济对自身和相邻省份的技术创新均为正向驱动。以京津冀、长三角和粤港澳大湾区为主导的高质量技术创新发展应更注重高质量、关键领域的技术创新,以及空间溢出通道的完善也是加速创新系统构建的重要方向。
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China,this paper analyzes its key driving factors by constructing Spatial Durbin Model.Results show that,firstly,Moran Index is rising and positive with respect to technological innovation outputs.Two types such as″HH″and″LL″are dominated.Secondly,provincial economic growth and structure adjustment have significant effects on its own technological innovations while their spillovers cannot play significant effects.Public economy can affect technological innovations of itself and neighbors in a positive way.Such regions as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the Yangtze River Delta region and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area,should paid more focus upon breakthrough of highquality,bottleneck technology fields.Meanwhile,technological innovation spillover channel construction among provinces is also another important direction to speed up China's technological innovation system development.
