摘要
为保证核电站建造过程中金属反射式保温系统不受周边物项安装的影响,尽量避免其在施工现场的二次修改。文章从国内某三代核电蒸汽发生器金属反射式保温系统的结构入手,分析其与周边物项的关系,给出一种合理可行的安装时机,预估其安装过程中可能出现的风险,并提出风险规避措施,为后续核电项目的施工决策提供指导及经验反馈。
In order to ensure that the metal reflective insulation system will not be affected by the installation of surrounding items during the construction of nuclear power plant,and try to avoid the secondary modification in the construction site,this paper starts with the structure of the metal reflective insulation system of a third generation nuclear power steam generator in China,analyzes its relationship with surrounding items,and gives a reasonable and feasible installation opportunity.The possible risks in the installation process are obtained,and the risk avoidance measures are put forward to provide guidance and experience feedback for the construction decision-making of subsequent nuclear power projects.
