摘要
加热炉是石化重要生产设备之一,内部结构极为复杂。为切实满足石化规模化、智能化发展趋势,缩短现场施.工时间,需要采用加热炉模块化施工技术,提升实际施工过程中的质量与效率。文章以加热炉模块化施工优势为切入点,提出加热炉模块化安装技术要点,为相关工作人员提供理论性参考。
Heating furnace is one of the important petrochemical production equipment,the internal structure is very complex.In order to meet the petrochemical scale and intelligent development trend and shorten the construction time,it is necessary to adopt the heating furnace modular construction technology to improve the quality and efficiency in the actual construction process.In this paper,heating furnace modular construction advantages as a starting point,the heating furnace modular installation technology points,in order to provide theoretical help for the relevant staff.
