某轻型商用车驾驶室悬置的建模与优化

摘要 针对驾驶室悬置系统出现异常振动的问题,文章对驾驶室悬置系统进行了优化设计。首先通过试验分析得出驾驶室悬置在8.9Hz处的振动隔振效果不佳;其次,建立驾驶室悬置系统的仿真模型并对驾驶室悬置系统进行优化;最后开展实车试验,进行优化前后的振动性能对比分析。结果表明优化方案的悬置系统显著的降低了驾驶室振动的加速度幅值。 Aiming at the problem of abnormal vibration of the cab suspension system, this paper optimizes the design of the cab suspension system. First, through the analysis of the idle speed test, it is found that the vibration isolation effect of the cab suspension at 8.9 Hz is not good;secondly, the simulation model of the cab suspension system is established and the cab suspension system is optimized;and finally based on the cab suspension The effect of the vibration isolation effect before and after the optimization performance comparison test;the results show that the suspension system of the optimized scheme significantly reduces the acceleration amplitude of the cab vibration.
