摘要
文章以合肥市新冠疫情爆发期间的市级心理热线服务调研为基础,结合使用SAS焦虑自评量表和问卷,对市民焦虑状态进行评估,分析不同群体对于心理援助和人文关怀的需求特点,以及目前社会心理服务供给的短板,提出了完善心理服务体系与能力提升的建议和路径。
Based on the investigation of the municipal psychological service hotline during the outbreak of"Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia"(NCP)in Hefei,and by using the SAS anxiety self-rating scale and questionnaires,this paper evaluates the public anxiety state,analyzes the demand characteristics in different groups for psychological aid and humanistic care,and the shortcomings of current supply of social psychological services.Also puts forward the suggestions and ways of improving psychological service system and ability enhancement.
