广州市农业公园发展路径思考

Thoughts on the Development Path of Guangzhou Agricultural Park

2018年以来,广州在大力实施乡村振兴战略、促进都市农业发展过程中,建设了111个农业公园。农业公园拉动都市农业发展经济效益明显,成为集中展示和凸显现代都市农业风貌的窗口、增加农民收入的重要载体以及构建优质生活圈的重要元素。本文总结了广州市农业公园的建设成效,剖析面临的主要问题,并提出如下对策措施:拉动都市农业消费,拓展农业多种功能,建立农业公园与农民利益联结机制,促进运营模式可持续,打造特色品牌,培育镇村经济发展新动能,在丰富业态类型和融合集聚上实现提升,在城市中心区建设城市农业公园。

Since 2018,in the process of vigorously implementing the R ural R evitalization Strategy and promoting the development of urban agriculture,Guangzhou has built 111 agricultural parks.The construction of agricultural parks can stimulate the development of urban agriculture,with obvious economic benefits.It has become a window to intensively display and highlight the style of modern urban agriculture,an important carrier to increase farmers’income and an important element to build a high-quality life circle.In order to further improve the construction level of agricultural parks,the following countermeasures and measures are put forward:stimulating urban agricultural consumption,expanding various agricultural functions,establishing the interest connection mechanism between agricultural parks and farmers,promoting the sustainability of operation mode,creating characteristic brands,cultivating new impetus for the economic development of towns and villages,and improving the enrichment of business types and integration and agglomeration,building urban agricultural parks in the central area of the city.
