泾河流域甘肃段农村居民人居环境满意度评价

Satisfaction Evaluation of Rural Residents’ Living Environment in Gansu Section of Jinghe River Basin

泾河是黄河支流渭河的第一大支流,为了对泾河流域甘肃段农村居民人居环境满意度进行评价,对泾河流域甘肃段的泾川县、庆城县、宁县、合水县四县进行问卷调研。构建了基础设施、卫生环境、政府管理、乡风文明四个方面共12个具体指标作为泾河流域甘肃段人居环境治理的评价指标体系。运用层次分析法计算出泾河流域甘肃段四县农村居民对人居环境治理的满意度,结果显示泾河流域甘肃段村民对人居环境治理总体较为满意,但四分象限图表明样本区域四县目前的人居环境治理效果存在差异性,并且村民对厕所改造、排污设施、畜禽粪污处理设施、化肥污染物监测设施和村规民约的满意度较低。基于以上研究结论,提出加大资金投入、完善基础设施;加强环境治理政策宣传;继续推进厕所改造工作;完善村规民约以及加强农村环卫人员队伍建设的相关建议。

Jinghe R iver is the largest tributary of Weihe R iver,a tributary of the Yellow R iver.In order to evaluate the satisfaction of rural residents’living environment in Gansu section of Jinghe R iver Basin,a questionnaire survey was conducted in Jingchuan County,Qingcheng County,Ning county and Heshui County in Gansu section of Jinghe R iver Basin.A total of 12 specific indicators in four aspects of infrastructure,health environment,government management and rural civilization are constructed as the evaluation index system of human settlements governance in Gansu section of Jinghe R iver Basin.The results show that the villagers in Gansu section of Jinghe R iver Basin are generally satisfied with the treatment of human settlements,but the quadrant diagram shows that there are differences in the current treatment effects of human settlements in the four counties in the sample area,and the villagers are satisfied with toilet reconstruction,sewage facilities,livestock and poultry manure treatment facilities The satisfaction of chemical fertilizer pollutant monitoring facilities and village regulations is low.Based on the above research conclusions,it is proposed to increase capital investment and improve infrastructure;Strengthen the publicity of environmental governance policies;Continue to promote the transformation of toilets;Suggestions on improving village rules and regulations and strengthening the construction of rural sanitation personnel.
