大直径波纹钢管涵与普通钢管涵力学性能对比研究 被引量:3

Comparisons and Research on the Mechanical Properties of Large Diameter Corrugated Steel Pipe Culvert and Ordinary Steel Culvert

摘要 为揭示大直径金属波纹管涵与普通钢管涵受力性能的差异性,定量分析其力学性能,采用FLAC3D软件对跨径10.0 m的两种管涵进行数值模拟,分别计算其在不同的填土高度下的力学参数并绘制关系曲线。研究发现:(1)对比"土柱法"和"加拿大CHBDC"中土压力计算方法可知,填土较低时(≤1.5 m)土柱法较为适用,随着填土高度增加(>1.5 m)涵洞通过形变获得被动土压力,从而将荷载转换为环向应力,则CHBDC法更适合涵洞的计算;(2)波纹钢管涵的最大沉降、最大横向位移、最大横向应力、最大竖向应力分别为普通钢管涵的79.37%、58.82%、73.52%、108.70%,除最大竖向应力相近外其余3项指标均明显偏小;(3)计算所得涵洞最大应力均远低于钢材屈服极限,因此在设计时应将沉降和横向位移作为主要控制因素。研究成果对高寒地区波纹钢管涵的应用具有一定的指导意义。 In order to reveal the difference in the mechanical properties of large-diameter metal corrugated pipe culverts and ordinary steel pipe culverts, and to quantitatively analyze their mechanical properties, the FLAC3 D software is used to numerically simulate the two types of pipe culverts with a span of 10.0 m, and the calculations are carried out separately to calculate the mechanical parameters under different fill height and draw the relationship curve.It is found that:(1)comparing the soil pressure calculation methods in the “Soil Column Method” and “Canadian CHBDC”, the Soil Column Method is more suitable when the filling is low(≤1.5 m), and as the fill increases(>1.5 m), the culvert obtains passive earth pressure through deformation,thereby converting the load into hoop stress,the CHBDC method is more suitable for the calculation of culvert.(2)The maximum settlement,maximum lateral displacement,maximum lateral stress,and maximum vertical stress of corrugated steel pipe culvert are respectively 79.37%,58.82%,73.52%,and 108.70%of that for ordinary steel pipe culvert.Except for the similar maximum vertical stress,the other three indicators are obviously smaller.(3)The calculated maximum stress of the culvert is far below the yield limit of the steel,so settlement and lateral displacement should be taken as the main control factors in the design.The research results have certain guiding significance for the application of corrugated steel pipe culvert in the alpine region.
