摘要 为解决矿井随钻测量数据处理软件功能单一、成果显示效果不佳、信息融合不足等问题,采用C#语言与SQL Server数据库开发了矿井随钻测量数据处理软件。软件具有数据实时传输、钻孔数据处理、钻孔轨迹评价、钻孔轨迹三维显示等功能模块,可实现现场测量数据实时传输。软件中数据实时传输模块使用网络传输协议实时接收井下矿用钻孔轨迹仪采集的原始数据,读取实时传输的原始数据并进行数据处理。数据读取模块中可以读取不同格式类型的钻孔轨迹数据,可对不同格式数据进行处理与成图。实现钻孔轨迹快速处理,钻孔轨迹数据的深度分析与评价,钻孔群数据库管理及轨迹钻机三维状态显示的作用。实现钻孔群中单个钻孔或钻孔群轨迹的三维成图技术,实现巷道、钻场、钻孔轨迹数据的三维立体展示。设计钻孔通过煤层段的进煤点坐标、出煤点坐标,实际钻孔轨迹通过煤层段的进煤点坐标、出煤点坐标,经过离散数据点网格化后生成进煤点曲面和出煤点曲面,以及煤层赋存图。对钻孔编号、钻孔深度等参数进行差异化标识,可直观显示钻场区域内钻孔的覆盖面图,从覆盖面图看出该区域钻孔分布是否均匀、是否存在空白带。对区域空白带通过覆盖面图采集的坐标自动计算补充钻孔的开孔角度,更好地指导后续钻孔施工。现场试验证明,随钻测量数据处理软件通信信号稳定、测量数据准确、功能全面、显示效果佳,为优化定向钻孔施工提供了有力的技术支撑。 In order to solve the problems of single function of data processing software for MWD in mines,poor results display,insufficient information fusion,etc.,a data processing software for MWD in mines was developed using C#language and SQL Server database.The soft-ware has some functional modules such as real-time data transmission,drilling data processing,drilling trajectory evaluation,and drilling trajectory three-dimensional display,which can realize real-time transmission of on-site measurement data.The real-time data transmis-sion module in the software uses the network transmission protocol to receive the raw data collected by the underground mine borehole tracker in real time,and read the real-time transmitted raw data and perform data processing.The data reading module can read drilling trajectory data in different formats,and can process and graph data in different formats,and realize the functions of rapid drilling trajectory processing,depth analysis and evaluation of drilling trajectory data,drilling group database management and 3D status display of trajectory drilling rigs.It can also realize the three-dimensional mapping technology of the trajectory of a single borehole or a group of boreholes in the borehole group,and realize the three-dimensional display of the data of the roadway,the drilling field,and the trajectory of the bore-hole.The designed drilling hole passes through the coal inlet point coordinates and coal outlet point coordinates of the coal seam section.The actual drilling trajectory passes through the coal inlet point coordinates and coal outlet point coordinates of the coal seam section.After the discrete data points are gridded,the surface of coal inlet point and coal outlet point,and coal seam occurrence map are generated.Dif-ferential identification of parameters such as borehole number and borehole depth can visually display the coverage map of the boreholes in the drill site area.From the coverage map,it can be seen whether the boreholes in the area are evenly distributed and whether there is a blank zone or not.For the blank zone,the coordinates of the supplementary drilling are automatically calculated through the coordinates collected by the coverage map,which can better guide the subsequent drilling construction.Field tests have proved that the measurement-while-drilling data processing software has stable communication signals,accurate measurement data with comprehensive functions and good display effects,which provides strong technical support for optimizing directional drilling construction.
