糖神安汤剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效及安全性分析

Analysis on the Clinical Effect and Safety of Tangshen’an Decoction in Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探讨中药糖神安汤剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果和安全性。方法选择抚顺市中医院2019年1月—2020年1月收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者120例,以随机数字表法对其进行分组,分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例)2组,对照组患者应用西药弥可保片进行治疗,观察组患者应用糖神安汤剂进行治疗。结果治疗后观察组患者总有效率为93.3%(56/60),高于对照组有效率75.0%(45/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在血流变学的全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积和纤维蛋白原等指标以及MNCV、SNCV正中神经、腓总神经的治疗前后变化上,2组患者均改善较为明显,观察组患者的改善程度更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中药糖神安汤剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者,临床效果显著,有助于改善患者症状,安全性较高,具有很高的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Tangshen’an decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods120 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in Fushun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January2020 were randomly divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).The control group was treated with western medicine Mecobalamin,and the observation group was treated with Tangshen’an decoction.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 93.3%(56/60),which was higher than that in the control group(75.0%,45/60),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the hemorheological indexes such as whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit and fibrinogen,as well as MNCV,SNCV median nerve and common peroneal nerve changes before and after treatment,the 2 groups were significantly improved,and the observation group was better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Tangshen’an decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is significant,which is helpful to improve the symptoms of patients,with high safety and high application value.
