二陈汤在痰证中的加减应用治验

The Application of Erchen Decoction in the Treatment of Phlegm Syndrome

痰是肺、脾、肾三脏失调的结果,既是致病因素,又是病理产物。痰证及痰湿兼挟病证发病率较高,严重影响人们的生活健康。本文结合古籍文献,简要阐述了二陈汤及二陈汤加减方剂在多种痰证中的治疗运用,揭示了二陈汤作为痰证基础方剂广泛的实用性和良好的实效性,结合临床治验案例加以分析说明,力求为更好地临证使用该方起到促进作用。

Phlegm is the result of the imbalance of the lung, spleen, and kidney, which is not only a pathogenic factor, but also a pathological product. The incidence of phlegm syndrome and phlegm-dampness symptoms is relatively high, which seriously affects people’s life and health. This paper, combined with ancient literature, briefly elaborated Erchen decoction and Erchen decoction plus or minus prescription in the treatment of a variety of phlegm syndrome application, revealed Erchen decoction as a basic prescription of phlegm syndrome extensive practicality and good effectiveness, combined with clinical cases to analyze and explain, and try to promote the better clinical use of this prescription.
