十一味参芪方对晚期胃癌患者免疫功能的影响

Effect of Shiyiwei Shenqi Recipe on Immune Function of Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的探究十一味参芪方对晚期胃癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取中国医科大学附属第一医院胃肠科2019年1月—2020年3月收治的晚期胃癌患者68例,随机分为对照组(34例)与试验组(34例)。对照组选择FOLFOX4方案化疗进行治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上予以十一味参芪方,2组均治疗4周。治疗结束后比较2组临床疗效、免疫功能指标。结果与对照组相比,试验组总有效率较高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)、C3较高,IgG、IgM较低(P<0.05)。结论十一味参芪方能够显著提高晚期胃癌患者的免疫功能,提高患者的中医症状评分,适宜临床应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Shiyiwei Shenqi recipe on the survival time and immune function of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 68 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted t the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group(34 cases)and experimental group(34 cases).The control group received FOLFOX4 chemotherapy,and the experimental group received more with Shiyiwei Shenqi,2 groups were treated for 4 weeks.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,immune functions of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the excellent and good rate of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),C3^(+) of the experimental group were higher,the IgG and IgM were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Shiyiwei Shenqi recipe can improve immune function,which is suitable for clinical application.
