Objective To investigate the effect of honeysuckle decoction on peripheral lymphocytes and serum interleukin-factor of syphilis patients. Methods From January 2019 to June 2020 in Shenyang Sixth People’s Hospital,50 syphilis patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, the experimental group was given honeysuckle decoction combined with large dose of Poria cocos on the basis of conventional treatment, and the levels of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood and serum interleukin factor were compared. Results After treatment,Th1 and Th1/Th2 indexes in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and Th2 indexes were lower than those in the control group, and the difference had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).IL-2,IL-8 and IL-10 indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of syphilis, honeysuckle decoction combined with large dose of poria cotta has significant clinical effect, and can effectively improve the content of peripheral blood lymphocytes and serum interleukin-factor.
