温针灸八髎穴配合中频治疗脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱临床观察

Clinical Observation on Warm Needling Moxibustion at Baliao Acupoints Combined with Intermediate Frequency in the Treatment of Neurogenic Bladder after Spinal Cord Injury

目的探究温针灸八髎穴配合中频治疗早期脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱的临床效果。方法选取2017年7月—2020年8月于南昌市洪都中医接受治疗的68例脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,各34例。观察组行温针灸八髎穴配合中频治疗+膀胱功能训练,对照组则行中频治疗+膀胱功能训练。对比2组临床疗效、治疗前后排尿状况及尿流动力学。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,日均排尿次数、日均漏尿次数、残余尿量均小于对照组,日均单次尿量、膀胱排尿压力、最大膀胱容量均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸八髎穴配合中频治疗早期脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱可有效改善患者膀胱功能,减轻排尿障碍,减少残余尿量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of warming needingd moxibustion at Baliao point combined with intermediate frequency in treating neurogenic bladder after early spinal cord injury.Methods A total of 68 patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury who were treated in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to August 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The observation group received warm needing moxibustion at Balian points combined with intermediate frequency therapy and bladder function training,while the control group received intermediate frequency therapy and bladder function training.The clinical efficacy,urination status and urodynamics before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The average daily urination times,daily leakage times,and residual urine volume were all lower than those of the control group.The average daily single urine volume,bladder urination pressure,and maximum bladder capacity were all higher than those of the control group.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming needing moxibustion at Baliu points combined with intermediate frequency treatment of neurogenic bladder after early spinal cord injury can effectively improve the bladder function of patients,reduce urination disorders,and reduce residual urine output.It is worthy of clinical application.
