针刺治疗周围性面瘫急性期临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture in the Treatment of Acute Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的观察针刺治疗周围性面瘫急性期的临床应用效果。方法将2019年4月—2020年2月营口市中西医结合医院收治的70例周围性面瘫急性期患者作为研究对象,通过系统抽样法将其分为参照组和针刺组,每组35例,参照组患者主要通过西医常规疗法进行治疗,针刺组患者接受针灸治疗,并对比2组的面神经评价系统2.0(Facial nerve grading system 2.0,FNGS 2.0)评分以及治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,针灸组患者的FNGS 2.0评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针刺组患者的总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对周围性面瘫急性期患者实施针刺治疗,有助于改善其面瘫症状,具有良好的治疗效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis.Methods From April 2019 to February 2020,70 patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis in Yingkou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the reference group and the acupuncture group by systematic sampling method,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were mainly treated by conventional western medicine therapy,while the patients in the acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture.The facial nerve evaluation system 2.0(FNGS2.0)score and treatment of the two groups were compared Total efficiency.Results after treatment,FNGS2.0 score of TCM acupuncture group was lower than that of reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the score of TCM acupuncture group was higher than that of reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture in the treatment of acute stage of peripheral facial paralysis is helpful to improve the symptoms of facial paralysis and has good therapeutic effect.
