小针刀配合推拿手法治疗肩周炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Small Needle Knife Combined with Tuina Massage in Treating Frozen Shoulder

目的对肩周炎患者联合应用小针刀+推拿按摩手法治疗,并分析其临床效果。方法选取2018年8月—2020年7月在本溪市中医院治疗的102例肩周炎患者,将其分为2组。对照组51例,采取痛点封闭+推拿按摩手法治疗;观察组51例,采取小针刀+推拿按摩手法治疗。对比2组患者的临床疗效、关节功能及疼痛情况。结果观察组、对照组患者的总有效率分别为92.16%(47/51)、74.51%(38/51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的Constant-Murley评分明显高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肩周炎患者采取小针刀+推拿按摩手法治疗可提高临床治疗效果,减轻疼痛程度,改善肩关节活动功能,应用效果良好。

Objective To treat patients with frozen shoulder combined with a small needle knife and massage and analyze its clinical effects Methods We selected 102 patients with frozen shoulder who were treated in Benxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to July 2020 and divided them into two groups.51 cases in the control group were treated with pain point closure and massage.51 cases in the observation group were treated with small need knife and massage.The clinical efficacy,joint function and pain of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group and control group was 92.16%(47/51)and74.51%(38/51),respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Constant-Murley score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and VAS score was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with frozen shoulder with small needle knife and massage can improve the clinical treatment effect,reduce the pain degree,and improve the function of shoulder joint movement.The application effect is good.
