摘要
目的分析4个中医药治疗高龄卵巢储备功能减退所致不孕症的成功案例,阐述从肾论治在高龄不孕病案中的客观体现,进一步证实补肾在卵巢功能减退治疗中的重要意义,为高龄卵巢储备功能减退(DOR)拓宽治疗思路。方法对2019年—2021年东莞中医院不孕症专科门诊诊治的4例卵巢功能减退的不孕症患者的治疗前临床资料、治疗方法和治疗效果进行分析解读。结果4例因卵巢功能减退导致多次备孕失败的高龄女性不孕症患者,通过连续1~4个月循序渐进的中医个体化方案治疗,自然受孕成功。结论中医药方案治疗高龄卵巢功能减退所致不孕症具有可行性和深入研究的价值。
Objective To analyze four proved cases of infertility caused by advanced age ovarian reserve dysfunction treated by Traditional Chinese medicine,to expound the objective manifestation of kidney treatment in advanced age infertility cases,further confirmed the important significance of kidney tonifying in the treatment of advanced age ovarian reserve dysfunction,and to broaden the treatment idea for advanced age ovarian reserve dysfunction(DOR).Methods The clinical data,treatment methods and therapeutic effects of 4 infertility patients with ivf ovarian dysfunction treated in Dongguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2019 to 2021 were analyzed and interpreted.Conclusion It is feasible and valuable for further study to treat infertility caused by ovarian dysfunction in advanced age with traditional Chinese medicine.
