摘要
目的探究疫情期间应用小规模限制性在线课程(SmallPrivate online course,SPOC)教学模式进行医学教育的流程构建和价值研究。方法以医学院医学临床课程为例,根据课程设计、教学效果构建SPOC教学模式。选取哈尔滨医科大学2019年3月—2019年6月医学院学生111人,其中1班56人作为对照组,2班55人为研究组。分别实施传统教学和SPOC教学模式,比较期末成绩和综合评价结果。结果研究组的学习情况及学习成绩显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组教学效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疫情期间采用SPOC教学模式构建医学教育流程,可以提高教学质量、学生的主动学习意识和解决问题的能力,且满意度较高。
Objective To explore the process construction and value research of applying SPOC teaching mode of small private online course in medical education during the epidemic period.Methods Taking the basic medical course of medical college as an example,SPOC teaching mode was constructed according to the course design and teaching effect.111 medical college students from September 2019 to December 2019 were selected,including 56 students in Class 1 as control group and 55 students in Class 2 as study group.Implement traditional teaching and SPOC teaching mode respectively,and compare the final grades and comprehensive evaluation results.Results The study situation and academic achievement of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The teaching effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using SPOC teaching mode to construct medical education process during the epidemic period can improve teaching quality,students’awareness of active learning and ability to solve problems,with high satisfaction.
