现代社会群体对医疗卫生服务行业的需求日益提高,医患关系紧张日益严重,严重影响社会的安定和谐。造成医患关系紧张的原因较多,医生是医疗和医患关系的主体,医方因素是导致医患关系紧张的主要因素,对医患关系有较大的影响。医学人文教育的缺失是造成医患关系紧张的重要原因。因此,培养医学生和医生的人文精神迫在眉睫。本文从医患关系紧张与医学人文教育相关性的角度,探讨如何改善紧张的医患关系,加强医学人文教育,提高医务工作者的人文精神。

The demand of modern social groups for medical and health services is increasing day by day,and the tension between doctors and patients is becoming increasingly serious,which seriously affects the stability and harmony of the society.There are many reasons for the tension between doctors and patients.Doctors are the main body of medical treatment and the relationship between doctors and patients.The lack of medical humanistic education is an important reason for the tension between doctors and patients.Therefore,it is urgent to cultivate the humanistic spirit of medical students and doctors.This paper discusses how to improve the tense doctor-patient relationship,strengthen medical humanistic education and improve the humanistic spirit of medical workers from the Angle of the correlation between the tension doctor-patient relationship and medical humanistic education.
