摘要
长期以来,在高校实践性教学中实施的是终结性评价体系,只重视已有理论验证,单纯看重实验结果,以学生实验报告为准给予评分。在这一评价体系主导下的实践性教学,已成为制约实践性教学质量提升的重大阻碍,无法满足新时代大学生培养目的和要求。本文以发展性教育评价理念为理论基础,以实践性教学为研究对象,针对其当前教学评价体系中存在的弊端,通过文献检索、理论推演、案例研究等研究方法,以有利于学生实践技能培养与终身的可持续发展为培养目标,建立新的实践性教学发展性评价体系,为创新型人才培养提供理论基础和技术支撑。
For a long time,the summative evaluation system has been implemented in practical teaching in colleges and universities.It only pays attention to the existing theoretical verification,only attaches importance to the experimental results,and gives scores based on the students’experimental report.Under the guidance of this evaluation system,practical teaching has become a major obstacle restricting the improvement of practical teaching quality,and cannot meet the training objectives and requirements of college students in the new era.This paper takes the evaluation concept of developmental education as the theoretical basis and practical teaching as the research object.In view of the disadvantages existing in its current teaching evaluation system,this paper establishes a new practical teaching developmental evaluation system through literature retrieval,theoretical deduction,case study and other research methods,with the training goal of helping students’practical skills training and lifelong sustainable development,and provide theoretical basis and technical support for the cultivation of innovative talents.
