On the Promotion Strategy of College Counselors’Professional Quality from the Perspective of"Three-wide Education"

"三全育人"理念的提出为培育时代新人提供了理论依据,本研究围绕高校辅导员职业素养提升这一主线,剖析"三全育人"视域下高校辅导员应然的角色定位与实然的育人境况及归因,提出从联动育人主体提升辅导员协同力、巩固育人效果提升辅导员亲和力、优化育人格局提升辅导员可持续发展能力三个维度把握"三全育人"视域下高校辅导员职业素养提升的实践路径。

The concept of"Three-wide Education"provides a theoretical basis for cultivating newcomers of the era.Focusing on the main line of improving the professional quality of college counselors,this study analyzes the due role and actual predicament of college counselors from the perspective of"Three-wide education",and puts forward the following path to improve counselors’quality:linking the main body of education to enhance the coordination of counselors,consolidating the effect of education to improve the affinity of counselors,and optimizing the pattern of education to improve the sustainable development ability of counselors.
