摘要
对无锡地区19所幼儿园的管理者进行深度访谈,运用扎根理论构建幼儿园管理者眼中专科层次幼儿园教师的群体画像,并对其心目中幼儿园教师最应具备的专业核心素养进行分析,最后尝试构建符合幼儿园师资需求的学前教育专业专科层次人才培养目标体系。
This paper makes in-depth interviews with the managers of 19 kindergartens in Wuxi.It constructs the group portrait of kindergarten teachers at the professional level in the eyes of kindergarten managers by using the grounded theory,analyzes the professional core quality that kindergarten teachers should have,and finally tries to build a talent training target system at the professional level of preschool education that meets the needs of kindergarten teachers.
