本科生学习性投入研究及对一流课程建设的启发——基于北京交通大学的实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于“以学生为中心”的教育理念和国家一流课程建设的基本要求,开发设计了北京交通大学本科生学习性投入调查问卷,分别从学业挑战水平、生师互动频度、主动合作学习水平、教育经历丰富度、校园环境支持度以及自我收获评价这几个维度,对北京交通大学本科生的学习性投入现状进行了调研和数据分析。研究结果表明本科生在学习性投入上还有很大的上升空间,进一步反映出高校进行一流课程建设的必要性和迫切性;需要从政策的引导、教学理念的更新、教学方法的创新等多方面加强本科生的学习性投入,加强价值塑造、能力培养、知识传授“三位一体”的人才培养模式,才能真正实现国家一流课程的内涵式建设。 On the basis of the student-centered teaching idea,the student engagement of Beijing Jiaotong University is investigated by the self-developed questionnaire survey and data analysis,in which five aspects are measured including level of academic challenge,frequency of student-teacher interaction,level of active cooperative learning,richness of education experience,the support level of campus environment,and self-evaluation of achievement.The results show there are still some steps to improve in student engagement,which reflects the necessity and urgency of the construction of first-class courses.Furthermore,it is necessary to carry out effective reforms to improve the student engagement by guidance of policy,renewal of teaching ideas,and innovation of teaching methods,and strengthen the talent cultivation mode of merging esthetic shaping,capacity cultivating,and knowledge imparting so as to realize the connotative construction of first-class courses.
