摘要
介绍了一种有源相控阵天线寿命试验技术,通过对加速模型的研究,合理地选择加速模型和模型参数,计算出加速因子,评估该有源相控阵天线的工作寿命,能够大大地提高试验效率,降低试验耗损。对一个相控阵天线实例进行了分析计算,选取温度应力作为加速应力,选取合适的模型参数和加速因子,在试验过程中对有源相控阵天线进行性能测试,对试验数据进行了分析,证明寿命试验期间有源相控阵天线性能正常,满足设计寿命。试验结果表明,该寿命试验技术简单可靠。
An active phased array antenna life test technique is introduced. By studying the acceleration model, selecting the acceleration model and model parameters reasonably, calculating the acceleration factor and evaluating the working life of the active phased array antenna, the test efficiency can be greatly improved and test loss can be reduced. An example of a phased array antenna is analyzed and calculated. And temperature stress is selected as the acceleration stress,and appropriate model parameters and acceleration factors are selected to test the performance of the active phased array antenna during the test. The test data is analyzed, and the performance of the active phased array antenna during the life test is normal and meets the design life. The test results show that the life test technology is simple and reliable.
