Research on Intelligent Remote Certification Under the Influence of Epidemic Situation

认证认可是质量强国的重要基础,目前存在认证行业创新不足、效率低下、溯源不便和信用危机等问题。而且近期新冠肺炎疫情给认证行业带来了巨大的冲击,使得传统的认证业务遭受巨大的挑战。为此,开展了智能化远程认证研究,提出了以新一代信息技术为支撑,创新认证服务模式的观点,形成了基于新一代信息技术的智能交互式认证关键技术和智能化在线认证服务解决方案,有助于破解疫情和后疫情期间认证难题,可以推动认证行业智慧化转型,实现新一代信息技术在认证全生命周期的标准化应用,夯实我国质量基础设施。

Certification and accreditation is an important foundation for a country strong on quality. There are some problems in the certification industry, such as insufficient innovation, low efficiency, inconvenient traceability, credit crisis and so on. Moreover, the recent novel coronavirus pneumonia brings great impact to the certification industry, which causes great challenges to traditional certification business. To this end, the research on intelligent remote certification is carried out, and the viewpoint of innovating certification service mode supported by new generation information technology is put forward, and the key technologies of intelligent interactive certification and intelligent online certification service solutions based on the new generation of information technology are formed, which is helpful to solve the certification problems during the epidemic and post-epidemic period, can promote the intelligent transformation of the certification industry, realize the standardized application of the new generation of information technology in the certification life cycle, and consolidate quality infrastructure in China.
