摘要
目的探究基于翻转课堂(Fipped class,FC)的以病例为基础的(Case based learning,CBL)在中医外科教学中的应用效果。方法对南阳理工学院五年制2015级中医学专业2个教学班,分成对照组和实验组进行教学对比研究。同时,采用形成性评价形式,进行主、客观教学效果评估。结果实践结果表明,基于FC的CBL教学模式,在提高学生自主学习能力、临床思维能力、沟通表达能力等方面均有明显优势(P<0.05);且能充分体现"以学生为中心"的教育理念,有利于促进学生的知识、能力、素质协调发展。结论基于FC的CBL教学模式更符合中医外科学临床教学的实际需要,值得深入研究及推广应用。
Objective To explo re the application effect of CBL teaching model based on FC in Teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine Surgery. Two teaching classes for the five-year 2015 Chinese Medicine major in our school were divided into control group and experimental group for comparative study. Meanwhile, the formative evaluation was adopted to evaluate the subjective and objective teaching effect. Practice results showed that CBL teaching mode based on FC had obvious advantages in improving students ’self-learning ability, clinical thinking ability, communication and expression ability, etc.( P <0.05),and could fully reflect the"student-centered" education philosophy, and was beneficial to promote the coordinated development of students ’ knowledge ability and quality. Conclusion the CBL teaching model based on FC is more in line with the actual needs of clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine surgery, which is worthy of in-depth research and popularization.
