思想政治教育融入儿科护理学教学的探讨

Discussion on the Integration of Ideological and Political Education into Pediatric Nursing Teaching

党的十九大报告指出,"要全面贯彻党的教育方针,落实立德树人根本任务,培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人"。将思想政治教育融入专业课程教学是高校立德树人的根本。为了更好地将课程与思想政治理论课同向同行,形成协同效应,本文分析思政教育在儿科护理学教学中实施的必要性,总结儿科护理学课程特点,挖掘护理人文关怀和职业道德教育等思政元素,探索思想政治教育融入儿科护理学课程的措施,提高护生专业素养,激发学习兴趣,培养德才兼备的高素质护理人才。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that"we should comprehensively implement the party’s educational policy,implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,and train socialist builders and successors who are developing morally,intellectually,physically and aesthetically."Integrating the ideological and political education into the teaching of professional courses is the foundation of moral education in colleges and universities.In order to make the course and ideological and political theory course go together in the same direction and form a synergistic effect,this paper analyzed the necessity of implementing ideological and political education in pediatric nursing teaching,summarized the characteristics of pediatric nursing course,explored the ideological and political elements such as nursing humanistic care and professional ethics education,and explored the measures of Integrating Ideological and political education into pediatric nursing course,to improve the professional quality of nursing students,stimulate their interest in learning,and cultivate the high quality of both ability and morality quality nursing talents.
