黄连清胃汤对溃疡性结肠炎患者肠道菌群及氧化应激的影响

Effect of Huanglian Qingwei Decoction on Intestinal Flora and Oxidative Stress in Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

目的探究黄连清胃汤对溃疡性结肠炎患者肠道菌群及氧化应激的影响。方法选取铁岭市中心医院2019年10月—2020年10月消化内科收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者70例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,其中试验组35例,对照组35例。对照组予以美沙拉嗪缓释片口服,每次1 g,每日4次;试验组联用黄连清胃汤,日1剂。比较2组肠道菌群(乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、大肠杆菌及肠球菌数量)、氧化应激指标及不良反应。结果与对照组相比,试验组乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌数量较高,大肠杆菌、肠球菌数量较低,丙二醛(MDA)水平较低,过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平较高(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黄连清胃汤可缓解溃疡性结肠炎患者氧化应激反应,改善肠道菌群紊乱,值得临床推广应用,安全性较高。

Objective To explore the effect of Huanglian Qingwei decoction on intestinal flora and oxidative stress in patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods 70 patients with ulcerative colitis in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were collected and divided into control group and experimental group,including 35 cases each.The control group received mesalazine sustained-release tablets orally,1 g each time,4 id.The experimental group received more with Huanglian Qingwei decoction,1 dose a day.The intestinal flora(Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium,Escherichia coli and enterococci),oxidative stress index and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the number of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in the experimental group were higher,the number of Escherichia coli and Enterococcus were lower,the levels of MDA were lower,and the levels of CAT,SOD and GSH PX were higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Huanglian Qingwei decoction can relieve oxidative stress reaction and improve intestinal flora disorder in patients with ulcerative colitis,which is worthy of clinical application with high safety.
