摘要
目的探究益肾补血汤联合司坦唑醇片对慢性再生障碍性贫血患者骨髓微血管密度(MVD)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及酸性成纤维细胞因子(FGF-1)的影响。方法选取中国医科大学附属盛京医院血液科慢性再生障碍性贫血患者60例,以随机数字表法分为试验组30例,对照组30例,对照组给予司坦唑醇片,环孢素软胶囊治疗;试验组在对照组的基础上联用益肾补血汤,2组均连续治疗3个月。对比2组临床疗效、骨髓微血管密度(MVD)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及酸性成纤维细胞因子(FGF-1)及不良反应水平。结果治疗后与对照组相比,试验组临床总有效率较高(P<0.05),试验组中医证候治疗总有效率(P<0.05),试验组骨髓组织MVD、VEGF及FGF-1表达较高(P<0.05),不良反应发生率显著较低(P<0.05)。结论益肾补血汤联合司坦唑醇片治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血患者能提高临床治疗效果,改善造血微环境,且不良反应较少。
Objective To explore the effect of Yishen Buxue decoction combined with stanozolol on bone marrow MVD,VEGF and FGF-1 in patients with chronic aplastic anemia.Methods 60 patients with chronic aplastic anemia in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University were collected and randomly divided into 2 groups,with 30 cases in each.The control group received stanozolol tablets and cyclosporin,and the experimental group received more with Yishen Buxue decoction.The clinical efficacy,bone marrow microvessel density(MVD) and blood vessels of the two groups were compared,levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),acidic fibroblast factor(FGF-1) and adverse reactions were observed.Results Compared with the control group after treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05),the total effective rate of TCM syndrome treatment in the experimental group was higher(P<0.05),the expression of MVD,VEGF and FGF-1 in the bone marrow tissue of the experimental group were higher(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Buxue decoction combined with stanozolol tablets in the treatment of patients with chronic aplastic anemia can improve the clinical therapeutic effect,improve the hematopoietic microenvironment with less adverse reactions.
