Experience on Differentiation Treatment of Subacute Cough by Stages

亚急性咳嗽为临床常见病,西医对本病界定的病程为3~8周,本文运用中医的辨证方法把本病均分为初、中、迁延3期为指导思路。初期,外邪恋肺,祛邪宣肺为要;中期,正虚邪留,辨标本而兼顾;迁延期,正气虚馁,固本勿忘收敛。以此来分析每期的病机演变规律及辨证用药变化,对于认识本病和提高临床疗效具有一定的指导意义,值得临床重视。

Subacute cough is a common clinical disease, and the course of disease defined by western medicine is 3 ~8 weeks. This paper uses the syndrome differentiation method of traditional Chinese medicine to divide the disease into three stages as the guiding ideas. In the early stage, the external evil loves the lung, dispels the evil to declare the lung to want;in the middle stage, the positive deficiency evil stays, distinguishes the standard and takes into account;moves the delay, the positive qi deficiency is discouraged, the solid foundation does not forget to converge. To analyze the evolution of the pathogenesis of each period and the changes of medication differentiation has certain guiding significance for understanding the disease and improving the clinical efficacy, which is worthy of clinical attention.
