中风恢复期中医护理方案实践与优化方法探讨

Discussion on the Practice and Optimization Method of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in the Convalescent Stage of Apoplexy

目的探讨优化中风(脑梗死恢复期)中医护理方案(以下简称方案)的临床实践效果及方案优化方法。方法将2017年5月—2019年4月收治于江西省中西医结合医院神经内科400例中风(脑梗死恢复期)患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对比优化方案前后患者主要症状护理效果、基本生活活动能力(Basic activitives of daily living,BADL)评分及满意度的变化。结果优化方案实施后患者的主要症状护理效果、BADL及满意度的变化与优化前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化方案的实施在提高患者主要症状护理效果、BADL有显著价值,促进了中医护理满意度的提升。方案优化着手于疾病的症状、中医护理技术和护理效果评价指标3个方面,使患者能得到精准治疗,促进康复。同时,提高了护理人员的中医护理理论及技术水平,并增进了护患沟通。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of optimizing traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme(hereinafter referred to as scheme) for stroke(cerebral infarction convalescence) practice effect and scheme optimization method.Methods The clinical data of 400 patients admitted to Jiangxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from May 2017 to April 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and the changes of nursing effect,BADL and satisfaction of patients’ main symptoms before and after the optimization scheme were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences in the nursing effect,BADL and satisfaction of the patients with the main symptoms after the implementation of the optimization scheme(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the optimization scheme has significant value in improving the nursing effect of patients’ main symptoms and BADL,and promoting the improvement of nursing satisfaction in TCM.The optimization of the scheme focuses on three aspects:the symptoms of the disease,the nursing techniques of traditional Chinese medicine and the evaluation indexes of the nursing effect,so that patients can get accurate treatment and promote rehabilitation.At the same time,improve the nursing staff’s TCM nursing theory and technical level,and enhance the communication between nurses and patients.
