摘要
目的本文旨在探讨以临床案例为基础教学法(Case based learningt,CBL)与迷你临床演练评估(Mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)量表测评相结合的教考模式,运用于肾病科住院医师规范化培训临床教学中的可行性、效果及意义。方法选取2020年3月—2020年8月肾病科规培的住院医师40名,随机分为2组。观察组20名采用CBL教学,对照组20名采用传统教学,教学4周后采用Mini-CEX量表对2组学生进行临床能力的评估。结果CBL教学组评分高于传统教学组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL联合Mini-CEX测评在肾病科住院医师规范化培训中的应用有效。
Objective This article aims to explore the feasibility,effect and significance of the combination of CBL and Mini-CEX scale assessment in the teaching and examination model used in the standardized training of nephrology residents.Methods Forty resident physicians in the department of nephrology from March 2020 to August 2020 were randomly divided into 2 groups.Twenty students in the observation group were taught by CBL,and twenty students in the control group were taught by traditional teaching group.After 4 weeks of teaching,the clinical ability of the two groups was evaluated by mini-CEX scale.Results The score of CBL group was higher than that of traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with Mini-CEX assessment is effective in the standardized training of nephrology residents.
