现代学徒制背景下专业人才培养模式研究——以船舶工程技术专业为例 被引量:1

Research on the Training Mode of Professionals Under the Modern Apprenticeship System

摘要 现代学徒制下“三双、三对接”人才培养模式,是以校企双主体育人、教师和企业员工双方互聘、学生具有学生和工人双重身份的方式来整合校企双方的各种资源,设计和实施整个教学过程。通过“工学交替”实现教学过程与船舶建造过程对接;通过“任务驱动”实现教学内容与造船行业职业技能标准对接;通过“顶岗实习”实现学生身份与企业职工身份对接。 Under the modern apprenticeship system,the"three-doubles,three-docking"talents training mode is to integrate various resources of both schools and enterprises,design and implement the whole teaching process in the way of cultivating talents with the dual subject of school and enterprise,mutual employment of teachers and employees and students with dual status as students and workers.In the paper,the docking between teaching process and ship construction process is realized through"work and study alternation",the docking between teaching content and professional skills standard of shipbuilding industry is realized through"task-driven",the docking between student identity and enterprise staff identity is realized through"post practice".
