The professional curriculum of vocational and technical education has significant professional pertinence.The teaching design idea of ideological and political education should be guided by the job post requirements,and the job post responsibilities of the teaching objects should be integrated into the curriculum ideological and political teaching.Taking the course of fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of ship diesel engine as an example,this paper discusses the ideas and strategies of the ideological and political teaching design guided by job post requirement.
