摘要 职业技术教育专业课程具有显著的职业针对性,其课程思政的教学设计思路应当以岗位任职需求为牵引,将教学对象的岗位职责融入课程思政教学。以舰艇柴油机故障诊断与排除课程为例,探讨以岗位任职需求为导向的课程思政教学设计的思路与策略。 The professional curriculum of vocational and technical education has significant professional pertinence.The teaching design idea of ideological and political education should be guided by the job post requirements,and the job post responsibilities of the teaching objects should be integrated into the curriculum ideological and political teaching.Taking the course of fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of ship diesel engine as an example,this paper discusses the ideas and strategies of the ideological and political teaching design guided by job post requirement.
