摘要
垃圾渗滤液处理多采用膜工艺,采用膜法处理渗滤液,且将剩余污泥含水率降至60%以下,是渗滤液处理的难点之一。老港应急渗滤液处理工程通过生产性的实证,试验了多种药剂工况,得出了板框压滤结合有机混凝剂的方法,可实现剩余污泥含水率降至60%以下,其中采用聚胺法运行费用最低,约为600~750元/t绝干泥。该方法解决了膜法处理渗滤液将剩余污泥含水率降至60%以下的难题,可在类似工程中推广使用。
Membrane technology is widely used in landfill leachate treatment,however,it is difficult to reduce the moisture content of residual sludge to below 60%.It is realized by the method of plate and frame filter press combined with organic coagulant through productive demonstration at Laogang landfill leachate emergency treatment plant,after testing a variety of chemical conditions.Among them,the polyamine method has the lowest operation cost of about 600-750 yuan/tDS.This method solves the problem of reducing the moisture content of residual sludge to below 60%in membrane treatment of leachate and can be widely used in similar projects.
