两段式污泥深度脱水工艺在全地下污水处理厂的应用 被引量:1

摘要 在污泥深度脱水系统工艺选择时,由于要求污泥含水率在60%以下,较多采用板框压滤机,而板框压滤机由于体积大,在全地下污水处理厂中的应用具有一定的局限性。介绍了西北地区首座全地下污水处理厂的污泥深度脱水工艺设备原理和特点,对脱水车间的平面和竖向布置、工艺特点、能耗及运行成本等进行了分析,总结了两段式污泥深度脱水工艺的特点和适用工况,可为类似项目的设计提供参考。 In the selection of sludge deep dewatering process,the plate and frame filter press is mostly used because the water content is required to be below 60%.However,due to its large footprint,its application in underground wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)has some limitations.This paper introduces the principle and characteristics of the sludge deep dewatering process equipment in the first underground WWTP in northwest China,analyzes the plane and vertical layout,process properties,energy consumption and operation cost of the dewatering workshop,and summarizes the characteristics and applicable conditions of the two-stage sludge deep dewatering process,which could provide reference for the design of similar projects.
