摘要
为便于航空电动机构便携式测试设备的研制,设计了一种基于LPC1768微控制器的主控系统。该设计硬件上集成了微控制器、AD芯片、DDS芯片、网口、串口、按键和液晶显示屏等多个功能模块,软件上采用了时间片轮询法和硬件驱动模块化的程序架构,可以在上位机或人机交互界面的控制下实现电动机构的多种测试需求和流程。工程实践证明了该系统方案的可靠性和实用性。
In order to facilitate the development of portable tester for aviation motor drive mechanism,a main control system based on LPC1768 micro controller is designed.The design hardware integrates multiple functional modules such as micro controller,AD,DDS,network port,serial port,key and LCD.The software adopts the time slice polling method and hardware driver modular program architecture.Under the control of host computer or human-computer interaction interface,various testing requirements and processes of motor drive mechanism can be realized.The engineering practice proves the reliability and practicability of the scheme.
