摘要
自诊断技术是在设备内部预先设计专用电路,实现对某些功能或器件的动态监测;在系统软件的控制下,实现对监测结果的动态采集分析;同时给出反映设备运行状态的数据或诊断结果,并通过数据通信和转储汇总进行实时或事后分析的软硬件的集合。介绍了设备内自诊断技术的现状和发展;结合LKJ2000等既有设备的自诊断功能,提出了新一代产品应具有的自诊断设计。
The self-diagnosis technology is a collection of hardware and software. The dedicated circuit hardware inside the equipment to dynamically monitor certain features or devices. The system software is used to carry on the dynamic collection and analysis on the monitoring results, and give the running status of the equipment data or diagnostic results which are analyzed through the data communication and dumping summary. In this paper, the present situation and development of self-diagnosis technology built-in the device are introduced. Combining the self-diagnosis function of the existing equipment such as LKJ2000, the self-diagnosis design of new generation products is proposed.
