老年男性前列腺增生与血清25-羟维生素D水平的相关性探讨

Study on the relationship between benign prostate hyperplasia and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level in elderly men

目的探讨老年男性前列腺增生与血清25-羟维生素D水平的相关性。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月日照市中医医院收治的75例老年男性前列腺患者的临床资料为研究对象进行回顾性研究,按照患者的血清25-羟维生素D水平将其分为对照组和研究组,对照组(血清25-羟维生素D水平>20 ng/mL)14例,研究组(血清25-羟维生素D水平≤20 ng/mL)61例,检测并分析比较患者的相关生化指标、胰岛素抵抗指数。结果75例患者中81.33%的患者存在维生素D缺乏;通过Logistic回归分析表明前列腺体积(PV)是血清25-羟维生素D水平正常的保护性因素,而胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)是血清25-羟维生素D水平正常的危险性因素。结论低水平的血清25-羟维生素D可能与老年男性前列腺增生有一定关系,而PV和HOMA-IR为前列腺增生患者是否发生25-羟维生素D缺乏的影响因素。

Objective Objective To explore the correlation between prostatic hyperplasia and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level in elderly men.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the clinical data of 75 elderly male prostate patients admitted to Rizhao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020.The patients were divided into control group and study group according to their serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level.There were 14 patients in control group(serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level>20 ng/mL)and 61 patients in study group(serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level≤20 ng/mL),the general information,related biochemical indexes and insulin resistance index of all patients after admission were collected and analyzed.Results Vitamin D deficiency was found in 81.33%of 75 patients;Logistic regression analysis showed that prostate volume(PV)was a protective factor for normal serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level,while insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)was a risk factor for normal serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level.Conclusion Low levels of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D may be associated with prostatic hyperplasia in older men,PV and HOMA-IR were the influencing factors of 25-hydroxyvitamin D deficiency in patients with BPH.
