质量法测定稀土萃取回收物中有价金属的含量 被引量:1

Determining the content of valuable metal ions in rare earth extractive recovery by quality method

摘要 测定稀土萃取物中有价金属离子的含量,对于有价金属的回收利用和提高产品质量具有重要的指导意义。稀土萃取回收物以过氧化钠、碳酸钠混合熔剂熔融,经热水浸取,得钙、钡、锶的可溶性碳酸盐沉淀(可溶解于盐酸),再以盐酸溶解沉淀,用硫酸使钙、钡、锶形成稳定的硫酸盐沉淀,用质量法测得其合量,按照试验方法对稀土萃取回收物中有价金属平行测定11次,同时加入标准溶液进行加标回收试验,结果表明,使用质量法可以快速、有效的测定出稀土萃取物中钙、钡、锶的合量,测定结果的相对标准偏差RSD<0.3%,加标回收率在99.9%~101%之间。 Determining the content of valuable metal ions in rare earth extracts,which has important directive significance in recycling of valuable metals and improving the quality of products.Fusing the rare earth extractive recovery with sodium peroxide and sodium carbonate mixed solvent,and leaching by hot water,there is soluble carbonate sediment of calcium,barium and strontium(which could dissolved in hydrochloric acid).Dissolving the sediment by hydrochloric acid,using sulfuric acid to form calcium,barium and strontium a stable sulfate sediment.The resultant quantity is measured by quality method.According to the experimental method,parallel determination(11 times)of the valuable metal in rare earth extractive recovery,proceeding with standard recovery test by adding standard solution.The results showed that,it was fast and effective to determine the rate of calcium,barium and strontium in rare earth extracts by quality method.The RSD of determined results was less than 0.3%,the recovery rate was 99.9%-101%.
