摘要
本文详细论述利用Revit参数化创建盾构通用型管片及使用代码实现理论最优排版的过程,通过不断寻找和测试管片分块、螺栓手孔、管片接缝等构件各变量间的相互关系、建模顺序及约束条件,总结归纳出在Revit族文件中创建盾构管片的重要参数和方法;建立公式关联各参数,并通过编写的程序界面,输入参数值即可调动指定文件,驱动模型快速更新生成所需管片。提取管片拼接面的法向量与切向量,在前面第i环管片的基础上旋转第i+1环管片,选择管环拼接面圆心到理论隧道中心线最短距离的角度为其拼装角度,进而生成整个盾构区间。参数化建模及理论最优排版极大提升了设计效率和质量,其成果达到了施工图深度和精度,可用于指导施工。
This paper discusses the parameterized modeling process of general segment with Revit and using the procedure code to realize the optimal layout, by constantly testing the segments, hand hole bolt, the relationship between the variables segment joints and other components, modeling sequence and constraint conditions, the most important parameters and methods of creating shield segments in Revit family files can be achieved. Establishing a link between formulas and input parameters on the program interface, then the specified segment project file can be mobilized to generate the required segment. Extracting the normal vector and the tangent vector of segment splicing surface, rotating the i+1 segment on the basis of the previous i segment, selecting the angle that the distance between the center of the joint surface and the theoretical centerline of the tunnel is shortest as its assembly angle, and then generating the entire shield section. Parametric modeling and theoretical optimal layout greatly improve the design efficiency and quality, and the results reach the depth and precision of construction drawings, which can be used to guide the construction.
