Application and Promotion of BIM Technique in Architectural Design

随着我国经济社会的发展,传统的建筑生产模式早已不能满足建筑设计实际要求,严重制约了建筑业发展空间。BIM技术的应用不仅可以提高建筑质量,而且可以促进建筑业可持续发展。因此,必须重视BIM技术的实际应用,深入分析BIM技术实际应用情况,以提高BIM技术的应用效果,为中国建筑业健康发展提供良好基础。鉴于此,本文结合BIM在实际中的应用,对BIM技术在建筑设计中的实际应用及推广策略提出一些看法,仅供参考。

With the development of China’s economy and society, the traditional construction production mode has been no longer able to meet the actual requirements of architectural design, which seriously restricts the development space of the construction industry. The application of BIM technology can not only improve the construction quality, but also promote the sustainable development of the construction industry. Therefore, we must pay attention to the practical application of BIM technology and deeply analyze the practical application of BIM technology, so as to improve the application effect of BIM technology and provide a good foundation for the healthy development of China’s construction industry. In view of this, combined with the application of BIM in practice, this paper puts forward some views on the practical application and promotion strategy of BIM technology in architecture for reference only.
