摘要
桑普寺位于西藏拉萨柳吾新区,是藏传佛教前弘期六大讲经院之一,鼎盛时期常驻僧伽达万有余人。桑普寺严于治学、善于思辨、勤于学经的办院风格,引来四方智者,先后涌现出额·洛丹西热、萨迦·班智达、龙钦·热强等藏传佛教举足轻重的人物。文章以文献对比研究为入手,梳理桑普寺创建者额氏叔侄的生平事迹,分析了桑普寺量学思辨式教学体系形成的历史背景,归纳了辩论式教学对藏传因明教育所产生的重大影响。
Sangphu(sang phu in Tibetan)monastery was entitled one of the six most important Buddhist centers in the U-area in the past.This article discusses how Ngog Loten Sherab(mgog bio ldan shes rab in Tibetan)-the founding father of Sangphu Monastery-initiated and developed Logic teaching tradition at Sangphu Monastery.At the same time,this article conducts a brief study on the biography of Ngog Loten Sherab with a special focus on his deeds,the rise and the fall of the Logic teaching tradition at Sangphu Monastery after Ngog Loten Sherab passed away.
