摘要
近些年,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈。与此同时,市场竞争的因素也发生了相应的改变,不再单纯的以产品作为竞争的首要因素,已经逐渐向以客户为竞争的中心转变。由此可见,对于客户关系的管理十分重要,是市场营销中的关键环节,发挥着不可忽视的重要作用。因此,文章对客户关系管理的概念进行了简单分析,阐述了客户关系管理中遇到的问题,并且提出了一系列客户关系管理的具体策略。
Economic development and social progress occur.Through the understanding of the development of enterprises in the market,the competition between enterprises has become more and more fierce in recent years.At the same time,the factors of market competition have also changed accordingly,no longer simply take the product as the primary factor of competition,has gradually changed to the center of the competition.Therefore,it is seen that the management of customer relations is very important,is a key link in marketing,and plays an important role that cannot be ignored.Therefore,the article briefly analyzes the concept of CRM,expounds the problems encountered in CRM,and proposes a series of specific strategies for CRM.
