China's social and economic development and the rapid development of chemical industry,the chemical industry plays an important role in China's economic development,at present,social development is highly dependent on the chemical industry,the chemical industry develops towards the direction of scale and automation.Dangerous are everywhere in the production of the chemical industry.There are many toxic gases or flammable and explosive objects in the chemical design.If chemical safety evaluation and management are not done well,it is likely to endanger the life safety of staff,but also bring economic losses to chemical enterprises.Therefore,the chemical safety evaluation plays an important impact on the chemical safety production,pointing out the direction for the safety production of the chemical enterprises.The staff can avoid dangerous accidents in the chemical activities,so as to improve the safety of the chemical design.The article starts with the concept of chemical process design,then analyzes the current situation of chemical safety production,and finally expounds the impact of safety evaluation on safety production.
