膜分离在工业尾气发酵制乙醇生产技术上的应用

摘要 工业尾气发酵制乙醇项目以工业尾气中的CO为碳源,氨水为氮源,添加营养盐经发酵生产乙醇及其副产物等。文章对膜分离原理及分类进行总结,并对膜分离技术在工业尾气发酵制燃料乙醇生产中的工业尾气净化、气体分布、菌体过滤、乙醇脱水、污水处理及中水回用等方面进行了概述,以期为膜分离技术在工业尾气发酵制乙醇生产技术领域有效应用提供理论指导,进一步推动工业尾气发酵制乙醇生产技术的工业化应用推广。 The industrial exhaust gas fermentation ethanol production project takes CO from the industrial exhaust as the carbon source,ammonia as the nitrogen source,and nutrient salt is added to produce ethanol and its by-products through fermentation.This paper summarizes the principle and classification of membrane separation,and summarizes the industrial exhaust purification,gas distribution,bacterial body filtration,ethanol dehydration,sewage treatment and medium water reuse,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the effective application of membrane separation technology in the field of industrial exhaust fermentation ethanol production technology,and further promote the industrial application of industrial exhaust fermentation ethanol production technology.
