摘要
某天然气处理装置有分子筛脱水、膨胀机深冷脱烃工艺,分子筛作用是吸附天然气中的水,使水露点满足深冷工艺要求。天然气处理装置运行中发现脱水能力变差,再生加热终点温度逐渐降低,导致脱水系统出口天然气的水露点升高,严重影响天然气处理系统的处理能力以及下游工艺流程的正常运行。通过对分子筛更换情况、再生效果及整体工艺流程进行分析,找出脱水系统再生效果异常的影响因素并进行研究改造,优化后分子筛再生效果显著提升,脱水系统出口水露点满足设计要求,保证下游工艺系统正常运行。
A natural gas processing device has molecular sieve dehydration and expander cryogenic dehydrocarbonization processes.The role of molecular sieve is to adsorb water in natural gas and make the water dew point meet the requirements of cryogenic process.During the operation of the natural gas processing device,it was found that the dehydration capacity deteriorated,and the regeneration heating end temperature gradually decreased,which led to an increase in the water dew point of the natural gas at the outlet of the dehydration system,which seriously affected the processing capacity of the natural gas processing system and the normal operation of downstream processes.Through the analysis of molecular sieve replacement,regeneration effect and the overall process flow,the factors affecting the abnormal regeneration effect of the dehydration system are found and the research and transformation are carried out.After optimization,the regeneration effect of the molecular sieve is significantly improved,and the dew point of the outlet water of the dehydration system meets the design requirements to ensure the downstream process.The system is operating normally.
