固体杂质对原油管道设备影响因素分析

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Solid Impurities on Crude Oil Pipeline Equipment

在原油管道内如果出现了固体杂质,必然会对管道的各个设备造成一定的损伤,造成管道的减压阀、刮板流量计、水击泄压阀等设备出现故障。固体硬质杂物对设备的机械损伤往往都难以修复,而且会对正常的输油生产造成很大的影响。文章分析了某原油管道内的常见固体杂质及其成因,以及这些管道内固体杂质对原油管道各类设备造成的损伤,并提出相应的防范措施。

If solid impurities appear in the crude oil pipeline,it will inevitably cause certain damage to each equipment of the pipeline,resulting in the failure of pressure relief valve,scraper flow meter,water shock pressure relief valve and other equipment of the pipeline.The mechanical damage of solid hard debris to the equipment is often difficult to repair,and will have a great impact on the normal oil transmission production.This paper analyzes the common solid impurities in a crude oil pipeline and their causes,as well as the damage caused by these solid impurities to various equipment of the crude oil pipeline,and proposes the corresponding preventive measures.
