通过优化生产工艺提升延迟焦化石油焦品质

摘要 石油加工过程中,延迟焦化装置所生产的产品石油焦,作为电极的主要原料,在冶炼化工等领域发挥着极为重要的作用。挥发分是石油焦的重要指标之一,挥发分过高直接降低了石油焦的品质和装置的经济效益。文章以某沿海石油炼制企业2.4 Mt/a延迟焦化装置为例,通过提高焦化炉出口温度、优化污泥回炼量、降低焦炭塔操作温度等措施,石油焦的挥发分有了明显的降低,取得较好的经济效益。 Petroleum coke of the delayed coking plant,as the main raw material of the electrode,plays a very important role in smelting and chemical industry.Volatile content is one of the important indicators of petroleum coke.Too high volatilization content directly reduces the quality of petroleum coke and the economic efficiency of the plant.Taking the 2.4 Mt/a delayed coking plant as an example,by increasing the outlet temperature of the coke furnace,optimizing the sludge recovery volume and reducing the coke tower operation temperature,the volatile content of petroleum coke has been significantly reduced and achieved good economic benefits.
